Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Natalie Marie Skincare products.

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nataliemarieskincare.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
